Pros

Very pleasant owners and employees. The work is consistent. The hours are good especially when it's your turn to be on call. The overtime is great

Cons

I do not really have anything to say in the con department. Other than the starting rate for the guys in the production department to have a better starting wage.

Awesome work life balance. Great benefits. Great people. The location for my was ideal and I think the move to downtown will be really great for the company and an experience for employees.

Cons

Be prepared for changes! Changes in management, changes in structure, changes in environment and other personnel make it difficult to do your job how you would like at times.
