Pros

Very caring, not just by your co-workers but management as well. Family-like atmosphere In general, you don't come to work dreading it, like some other jobs I've had.

Cons

The are moving downtown which makes a longer drive-time and will take more time to keep doctor appointments, personal business appointments, etc. But that is a personal issue, not a reflection on the company itself.
