your co-workers are the best thing you will find at Servicemaster

Cons

Corporate ServiceMaster turns a blind eye to the antics that go on in their call centers. Managers and supervisors alike manipulate employee data/ratings so they can make bonuses. Corporate is in love with millennials and pushing older employees out the door.

They have solid benefits and the company culture is positive. They occasionally hold events that help bring the company together

Cons

Management turnover is high so it creates issues. Your immediate manager is the biggest factor on whether you get promoted.
