Pros

Standard benefits package. Pay about average for the industry and position.

Cons

Tell themselves lies particularly around retention at Terminix. Stats are based on fraud and deception known about by leadership. Wouldn't be surprised at all to learn they were cooking the books other places as well. Will eventually come falling down.

Pros

They pay well. There are some really awesome (yet highly devalued) people working there.

Cons

Very political, good-ole boy environment, if you don't dance or play the game you will not be successful. Extremely high turnover, with almost quarterly terminations for what seems like no reason at all. You can be a rockstar today and terminated tomorrow. Zero job security. Communication among various groups and departments is horrible. Company known for discrimination based on age, gender, and race.
