Pros

Cleaning a Call Centre which is always clean and up-to-date with supplies. I worked in the evening to night which was almost always empty

Cons

Some days it can get busy in the call centres

Pros

Everyone is helpful and great to work with for the most part. The hours are reasonable and there are a few paid holidays.

Cons

The only person difficult to work with is Nia Smith the HR manager. For her to work in HR she does not have a great report with management or the workers.
