Pros

Some of the staff can be cool to talk to.

Cons

Always understaffed, always doing extra work for minimum wage, never have the proper tools to complete the job, never any consequences for staff that ether don’t do the job properly and/or do a no call no show constantly, management will say whatever it is to convince you they are on your side but won’t act on own words, etc. Very toxic work environment, it’s not worth it. Always verbal confrontations between staff and management won’t do anything about it.

Pros

Started with only 4 hours a week, was getting 40+ hours by the time I left. There was always work available.

Cons

Pay wasn’t great, but I did get several raises. The worst issue is the passive aggressive supervisors. They lied and shifted blame A LOT. Even the owner of the company was this way. She was the worst to be honest.
