Receiving bonuses, Good management, Human resources support, management usually has your back in troublesome situations.

Cons

Being on call 24/7, having to fill in for call offs sometimes at the last minute, compensation should be much higher for being on call 24/7, expectations are very high, need more than one person to rely on for call offs, not great work/life balance, working on weekends.
