Pros

Bosses could care less about you, so you are free to sit in the van for hours and not do anything. Can pretty much get away with murder.

Cons

If you do a good job, they expect you to out do your coworkers all the time. They sit in the van and you go work. When you say something they don't care. I heard the owner one time call an employee a curse word and that person went home crying. Later i saw the owner laughing about it when telling a manager. It's horrible. I have already started interviews at other places. Other people pay a lot more, I don't know why I stayed so long, I feel like a fool.

Lots of benefits and incentives for those who want to make money and also promote from within. Insurance, 401k plan, PTO, OT, great people, and management team is supportive.

Cons

Not a good place for anyone who is lazy.

Allows me to work my day job and still work a night job. Managers are nice and easy to get a long with. I know what is expected of me and I do it. Fits me perfectly, consist hours

Cons

Cleaning toilets. But that's the job.
