The manaagers / bosses are and are very easy to communicate with. The pay is good. Lovely people to work alongside with.

Cons

I have no cons working with this company, they have always been accomodating and understanding. I really enjoy my job.

Consistent hours. Weekends off. Paid holidays. No micromanaging. Opportunity to take on more buildings and make more money off of them.

Cons

No benefits. No moving up. Only supervisors get bonuses. Raises don't happen but maybe every two years.
