Pros

Bosses could care less about you, so you are free to sit in the van for hours and not do anything. Can pretty much get away with murder.

Cons

If you do a good job, they expect you to out do your coworkers all the time. They sit in the van and you go work. When you say something they don't care. I heard the owner one time call an employee a curse word and that person went home crying. Later i saw the owner laughing about it when telling a manager. It's horrible. I have already started interviews at other places. Other people pay a lot more, I don't know why I stayed so long, I feel like a fool.
