Drive time and flexible schedules.

Cons

Management is really disrespectful at times, no communication, the one I work for seems to be a bit racist now since management changed to people who only really speak Spanish and get upset when you too don't speak Spanish. There's no paid sick time or anything, no benefits, you're basically just slaving away for grunt pay.

None of you have an attack at Hapco in abingdon va they don’t tell you anything when you get hired about Hapco policy so when you have an anxiety attack or anything they think you are trying to hurt yourself and send you to Chrisis and wemon named Lisa Jones got me fired for having an Anxiety attack
