Flexibility. Thats about it unfortunately

Cons

Pay, Lazy supervisors. The owners arent concerned about having their accounts cleaned the way they need to be. As long someone is clocking in and the trash is picked up, they're happy. Also they arent concerned about what or WHO the supervisors or any employee are doing inside of the locations.

Good salary and good introduction into my role.

Cons

Unprofessional, unorganized, didn't provide the materials needed, very personal staff instead of keeping things strictly business. Bad response time to customers and greedy/money hungry. No benefits and no HR.
