Does not compensate for travel. 250 miles per week for a 20hour a week job is not worth it.

Work on your own at your own desired pace during shift hours. Set shift and hours, weekends and national holidays off.

Cons

No good job benefits, have to wait to be on the job for at least a year to get a vacation
