Pros

- Huge forward growth of the over company and new locations consistently being added which is forward trending and sets the bar in the industry - Working with Purpose is even more satisfying than the already great pay scales, benefits & work environment - This is a company dedicated to forward-thinking processes and systems with high growth and opportunity for advancement if you apply yourself and work well with a team to conquer what might typically be thought impossible - Will stretch your capacity and help you grow personally as well as within your career... a long-term place to settle down at and be part of a dynamic work family - Opportunity to help people (clients) in a time of need when disaster strikes which they weren't prepared for... very rewarding personally

Cons

- Very fast-paced if you only like to sit still and it just is a j-o-b... it's a career and a lifestyle for sure, but is rewarding in many ways - Your day at work will fly by from being around a dynamic team environment

Helping people can be very rewarding. We have some of the best equipment, technology and tools in the industry.

Cons

The pay is low for what we do. Its lower than the industry average. You will work 7 days a week. No holiday pay. No retirement program. Medical insurance is a joke.
