Family owned business and it shows. When you work here you're part of the family. Being honest and open is respected which is refreshing.

Cons

Turn over on team members to certain departments is high just because people don't want to work hard anymore.

Potentially able to get many certifications and very lenient management

Cons

Hours are inconsistent and there have been many issue with back pay, and there tool buy program has had issues where money hasn’t been withdrawn for payment of the tools
