Pros

Steady pay, and steady work with mostly regular hours. People are respectful.

Cons

Not the most glamorous job. Mold clean up, sewage and water loss, etc. Would not have minded it so much if the pay was better ($19/ hr). You were also expected to be on call one week a month, but they did not respect the call rotation and would call you anyways (I had to work on Christmas day).
