Pros

Your boss is dumb and being scammed by several employee's

Cons

-Early start's, later day's but no proper compensation for overtime. -Extra duties will be pilled on your plate / expected of you the moment you sit down here. Do not expect a raise or vacation time off. - Cult like work place politics.... and when i say CULT i mean mennonite self-centred as holes. Some people in this office will go on your computer and sabotage your work just to "get ahead". Management here have no people skills and will hire anybody with shaved legs.

SM does not pay competitively in the market for certain position and definitely don’t pay competitively when promoted from within.
