Pros

There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

Cons

There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!

Decent pay for the industry.

Cons

Nobody has your back. Nothing but negativity. Training is non-existent and if you ask for help, you probably won't get it and then it becomes your fault.

When I first started with this company in 2009, it was a great place to work. At that time it felt like a family.

Cons

Around 2015, the company turned into a joke. Mass layoffs of the employees who had worked the hardest and advanced in the ranks, never ending management turnover, and lack of a coherent vision or direction destroyed the heart of this company.
