Pros

Free coffee in the morning and occasionally donuts at a morning meeting 7 days of PTO Minor chance at company vehicle

Cons

Low pay Non transparent bonus system Terrible leadership High expectations All they care about is money and if you cost them any money RIP I’ve seen the number of lawsuits against this company Fired a black guy for weed, not even a suspension for the bosses son being high all the time

Potentially great to make lots of money but the hours are long and you don’t get compensated for it

Cons

Long hours and lots of oncalls. Just takes over your life. Good if you’re single terrible if you have a family
