Pros

It's enjoyable helping folks who've experienced disasters get their lives back in order. I'm also paid while driving around. The work overall is simple enough.

Cons

I'm on call one week out of a month, where they can call me in at any time. Makes relaxing after a strenuous day not so easy.

Pros

Helping people can be very rewarding. We have some of the best equipment, technology and tools in the industry.

Cons

The pay is low for what we do. Its lower than the industry average. You will work 7 days a week. No holiday pay. No retirement program. Medical insurance is a joke.
