Pros
Fellow employees were kind and cooperative, the company can keep a person busy giving them 40 hrs a week and endless overtime.
Cons
This company takes full advantage and free rein with there workers and twenty four seven, work you like a Dog. The work itself is hard and often dangerous and workers are pressed to do tasks that are not within their scope yet are expected to suck it up and not say anything. Personal protection training and equipment was not made a priority and thus compromising personal protection of the employees that they rely on to do quality work. Some equipment was often used that was not properly cleaned from a prior job thus risking contamination and exposure to mold spores, asbestos etcetera at the next work site. Safety first ....Time permitting seemed the Mantra of the Day. Scheduling work and work load seemed all to be knee jerk reactions to every situation and Managers took full advantage of employees, like being on call 24 hours a day for only $30.00 call out and if there is no call ... no pay for putting your life on hold, for potentially zero. This place has a fast paced revolving door as the training is scant and non existent, pushing to work with Bio hazard situations without the proper training and or equipment, body fluid cleanup trauma jobs... etcetera. The Reviews were always put off or delayed and so room for advancement or pay raises are difficult at best. Please avoid this company .. unless desperate for a job they will take Their Pound of Flesh..
