very nice product, good management in usa and good benefits

Cons

Our management is very much lowrespect for other people's. Good technical skills but having poor qualities as he is never paying attention to his team members words and instead is looking in emails and answering mobile phone saying every phone and mails urgent and we repeating and wasting time always

Fantastic ride of the company brings much to the individual's job. Great to develop yourself in a developing and state-of the art- environment

Cons

Sometimes it is forgotten to say " thank you ". Overall financial recognition is good, but in the "race" sometimes we need to do better in recognizing achievements an employee realized fro the Company

Cons

Predictable growing pains for a company growing this fast. From an internal ops standpoint, we'll need to prepare for even faster growth as we continue to scale!
