Its best company I have worked so far. Good work environment. well payed and get additional bonus based on performance.

Cons

Some regions have less career opportunities, compared to other. But things are changes as remote working now

1) Awesome employee benefits including meals bonus, home office setup, relocation bonus etc. 2) Great people to work with. 3) Interesting work. 4) Great compensation.

Cons

1) Need to run platform specific programming which has makes you job easy but do not benefit outside ServiceNow.
