Pros

- Amazing offerings that are extremely relevant to all organizations around the world. - Awesome people to work with. Super supportive and also tons of fun to be around! - Incredibly loyal customer base that loves the company as much as we do and this makes my job so enjoyable!

Cons

- Not really a con for me but maybe for others. The learning curve can be steep and the speed of innovation is not slowing down so it can only get worse. That's the "burden" of working with such a dynamic platform!

Still had a startup mentality at $2 billion of income. The double bubble comp package reduces internal trouble.

Cons

Big corp culture coming in expect it will be more grown up in the coming years. Work life balance not good
