Pros

I had a really good first impression about ServiceNow, nice environment and good mentality. The company is growing a lot, so there are good opportunities for a career progression in the future. It was a good choice to work for this company.

Cons

The location is not central.

Pros

Good salary. shares options, nice facilities, good atmosphere (could be more fun though), interesting work, easy going management, working from home possible when needed , I find it well balanced between work and private life

Cons

overtime, not a clear performance track, no team building events
