Pros

Hard-working team and everyone is willing to help each other out Great new office, lovely kitchen with plenty of snacks Fast-paced environment

Cons

I'm hopeful this is now being resolved but currently no maternity policy in place which is inconsistent with the rest of the ServiceNow business.

Pros

Compensation is good. Support Culture is good. Benefits (health, snacks, etc.) are good. Product is amazing. New office space is great. Employees are friendly and engage socially often. Career opportunities are starting to open up here in Sydney.

Cons

Fast growth means a lot of growing pains. The pace is not for some people.
