Pros

Challenging, meaningful work. Awesome management and coworkers, everyone is willing to talk to you and help. Great benefits and compensation.

Cons

High growth means people change jobs somewhat frequently. This can cause continuity issues on longer programs. Not a huge issue, but sometimes piecing together what happened can be difficult.

Pros

Love working at the beautiful new West Loop development office. Awesome to be in from the ground up. Great growing company that thrives on execution and customer satisfaction. Minimal meetings and a lot of encouragement for individuals and teams to get stuff done without red tape. Work/life balance is great – unlimited PTO and opportunities to work from home. Leadership makes sincere effort to make ServiceNow a great place to work. Product is a great opportunity to make people’s lives better at their workplace.

Cons

Does not currently offer 401(k) matching but it sounds like it’s being evaluated for addition. Growing quickly, which is overall great but doesn’t come without the cost of growing pains. Leadership is responsive to concerns and issues.
