Pros

Great team morale. Little to no office politics. Great work life balance. Especially with unlimited PTOs. Great learning opportunities and ability to grow in the role.

Cons

Not the best of stock refreshers and bonus.

Pros

Still have open headcount at the moment, and not full time RTO

Cons

We are becoming a PIP factory where I believe 10% of the staff will be managed out every year, so we are not that different from Amazon at the moment.

Time off, Friday half-day, decent pay, good stock options.

Cons

A lot depends on your manger. Mine had no direction so it reflects poorly on the department.
