Pros

Fast growing company. Solutions and a platform that customers really like and advocate. Compensation is on par with the industry. There is some opportunity for career growth since ServiceNow is growing rapidly.

Cons

The culture and employee performance policy dictate that employees are measured by managerial opinion and to a lesser degree by fellow employee opinion. There aren't clear objectives set to gauge performance which leaves employees exposed. Managers can terminate employees at any point without warning. This drives fear, double standards, the high amounts of politics, and constant employee churn. ServiceNow is also a very fast paced environment with constant change. Work-life balance is generally not good.

Pros

Generally competent people who are well qualified and enthusiastic. Bonuses and reviews occur every quarter. You feel like you're making a difference. They have been promoting from within the ranks. The stock price is still climbing.

Cons

This is a "yes" company - you must agree when asked for something, and if you say "no", you'd better have an air-tight reason. There is unrelenting work and unrelenting change. I went through three org changes and two management changes within 9 months. The new CMO is introducing even more change and pressure to perform(he previously worked at Amazon). You sometimes feel like a robot just getting stuff done in your assigned lane. Managers have the constant pressure to make sure their team is perceived as "high-performing". There is almost no room(or time) for creativity.
