RSUs if you joined before 2021

Cons

Harassment and bullying by leadership has led to hostile work environments across teams and functions. The good ones are being pushed out or leave for much better pastures while the bad ones stay to continue the bullying. Ethics policies being violated in every corner. Why bother having policies when they are never enforced?

Comp was excellent. Technical people are excellent.

Cons

Yes, the comp was great. Hard to watch executives get cheered on for plagiarizing your work. Especially when those praising them are letting you know that they know it’s your work product. HR there only to protect executives so good luck reporting anything. Thanks for the money, so glad I don’t have to deal with all the fake people anymore.
