Pros

Nice MACBOOK and free snacks. They do have a generous PTO policy if you are lucky enough to take time off. Nice modern offices. Also most of the positive reviews are fake they ask everyone on their first day to write one so of course you will say nice things and the other reviews are by the recruiting team.

Cons

Stress, drama, political, games, lack of culture, MAJOR lack of process. HR, not sure we even have HR just a bunch of recruiters. Seriously, this place is a complete and utter nightmare, there is no process for firing people its all by the seat of your pants and happens regularly. Save yourself from the biggest mistake of your life. Massive amounts of managers/directors and such, all clueless and making life miserable for everyone who actually knows whats going on. Keeps getting worse. Lots of people leaving, revolving door.

Pros

Overwhelmingly the greatest people you will ever work with - smart, hard working, and kind to each other Whatever experience you want to grow professionally, you will find it here CEO Bill McDermott is inspiring everytime he talks - he is a true visionary and the company is fortunate to have him

Cons

Most processes (ironically) are still very manual. As the company grows and changes, the tools and technology aren't updated leaving teams with unmanageable amounts of manual work. This is raised as biggest issue every year in employee feedback surveys, but nothing ever improves, just more manual work to compensate for bad tools and processes Lots of pressure from leaders to deliver results, but no direction or support to improve - they promise it, then back out when it's time to deliver on their promises - yet they still expect perfect execution from their teams Most teams are completely burned out - unrealistic expectations and demands without support. No time to do anything but work - no time for learning, career development, or even vacation (time off = work builds up, so you either work while on vacation and/ or work even more hours when you're back just to get caught up)

Pros

Company is growing no matter what anyone says and that’s the big pros I would say.

Cons

As part of the growth, company is hiring people at a good speed and so the quality measures to hire good people have probably been compromised. Another downside - be careful if you are given a out of the band salary and stocks. There will be a good chance that you will be asked to leave by the time you are near to your vesting date. I had almost half a million dollars worth of RSUs and couldn’t even get a penny out of it as I was given all stupid reasons to leave. I made 100% on my MBOs for 4 quarters in a row (that means I was doing good) but then suddenly, as I came close to my first vesting date, management started saying that I am not doing well. I showed the management so many appreciations from customers for me but they acted as blind to all of those.
