Pros
Wow! What a breath of fresh air it has been working here. I am about to hit my 6 month mark and fall more in love with the company, leadership and people every day. Even given the current state of the tech world - layoffs abundant - SNow has kept the Recruiters on board. They really care about their people and it is apparent through their actions and not just words like other companies. The unlimited PTO is truly encouraged. Having a personal life outside of work is a top priority. The CEO is the best there is! Our hiring efforts are very diversity/inclusion focused and we look for culture adds not culture fits like other companies. We do exhaust all efforts to promote from within before we even begin to look externally. Lots of room for growth! I can’t say enough good things about this amazing place and hope to be here for a very long time.
Cons
The only con is that the ATS that Talent Acquisition uses could be better.
