People, benefits, fast pace, collaboration

Cons

Leadership lack of intent, alignment and focus in decision making. Ambiguity and moving targets on goals and objectives. Many processes for engagement and various requests have yet to be defined, but getting better over time.

Pros

Great company to work for, as long as you make the right connections. It’s hard to get an entry level job other than taking a position as a SDR. Do the grind it’s worth it, but most people can’t make it

Cons

They are really quick to boot you if you don’t hit quota. That said bust your butt and your fine. But the second you don’t especially at the start you are out! Little empathy when it comes to getting on a pip.
