Pros

Great founders, great vision, typically market pay.

Cons

Pay changes take forever, everything is becoming bureaucratic, not a fan of the new CFO, lots of nepotism/favoritism, many overpaid and underskilled colleagues. Work life balance varies, probably balances out or is good on most teams. YMMV.

Pros

For the most part, I enjoyed the company culture and my teammates. Great bootcamp for those new to Sales Enablement My first 2 years were a joy, and learned a ton. Loved the Enablement offsites to meet the team.

Cons

Was there for 3.5 years, the entire time Enablement sentiment survey showed big burn out problem for the team. Never saw any indication that this was being addressed. It got worse. Performance based on metrics that had never been achieved, becoming demoralizing. Not afraid to keep overloading you with projects with little grace for slippage.
