      Pros

      Great benefits, nice people. Overall a very positive environment. I'd say they take care of their people.

      Cons

      Not a perfect place, some people have been here based on tenure and not merit. depending on the season and capacity work/life balance can be strained. We could overhaul systems to be more efficient. We work in silos to an extent.

      Bonus this year had multiple factors that were out of our control, and it was severely limited. Unrealistic targets set by upper management and other issues that prevented the "grunts" like us from getting our money no matter how hard we worked.
