      Chaotic Environment That Can Lead to Burnout

      -Innovative platforms to support your role/responsbilities -Benefits are always being added -Depending on your team, there are opportunities to move around

      Cons

      -Lack of diversity in thought, demographics, backgrounds -Lack of professionalism, "bro" culture exists -Lack of leadership development, many people get their positions because they've been here for years not because they have the skills or competency -Over complication and lack of follow through, this really causes chaos and instability -Ego>empathy -Favoritism is prevalent -Burnout can happen even though they say unlimited PTO, the expectations and demands are endless

      - a lot of opportunities earlier in your career - fast growing company, although has been slowing - lots of funding - unlimited PTO but hard to take since work so much

      Cons

      - most if not all execs are men and non-diverse - disorganized, each leader just cares about their org - inexperience people promoted to management roles they are not ready for - customer facing teams are berated by a few execs constantly - losing good people to companies that care about their employees

      Incredibly friendly and healthy environment. Great focus on work/life balance. Lots of room for growth.

      Very fast paced. Sometimes still operates as a startup with a slight lack of structure.
