Pros

Sales Team in its entirety is amazing. It was a joy to work with them while I could. Unfortunately due to Covid I was transferred to the Customer Service Dept... that’s where things changed.

Cons

Customer Service Dept leadership sub par.

Pros

Company has certainly matured and become more structured than it was when I first started a few years ago. Was very much a tech startup feel since things changed frequently with regards to upper management and the software we used internally. Overall my role feels more stable and I can better commit myself to other aspects outside of my predefined role. ServiceTitan is doing amazing when it comes to handling the pandemic and work from home. They are using the money normally used to manage onsite snacks and benefits and providing ample credits and reimbursements for team lunchs.

Cons

It has become more corporate for sure but in a good way due to having more experience and stability.
