      Pros

      Great benefits, superb recruiting (really enjoy the people I work alongside), and tons of room for growth

      Cons

      I'd probably have to say stuff that still needs to be ironed due to growing pains, but all-in-all I think ServiceTitan does a fine job of trying to improve it's deficiencies

      All the perks! Unlimited Vacation Food

      Cons

      - CEO does not connect with the ATLANTA office at all! - If you’re a black person working here, you will not be heard. They may give you a “Manager” title but what does that really mean if you’re not going to be heard 🤷🏾‍♂️
