      Pros

      First and foremost, the flexibility! I make my own schedule and no one is micro managing me. The benefits are awesome! 100% PAID. My co-workers are even more awesome! Recharge days + Flexible PTO! (I mean CMON! This is the best part!)

      Cons

      Constant change. So don't get use to one procedure, because this can change. (I actually love this, because each changes makes the company better.)
