Maybe the only sales org in the world that balances books of biz to preferential to new hires

Cons

Accounts wont change for years, leadership will not care to listen to make changes. There seems to be a preference for lower reps to over perform and more senior reps to underperform

Great pay. Work remotely, good benefits.

Cons

High expectations of Support staff with severe lack of actual tools, training or guidance to meet them. Fast, hard, immediate changes that have dramatic effects on your life and well being. Micro managing. No communication and when there is communication it is deceitful and lacks transparency and forward thinking. Money on the mind...sums it up
