Great company, big industry, hard working

Pros

It's a great culture with a huge mission. The founders are still laser focused on the business, which I think is pretty rare even after IPO. It's a company that feels like it cares for its employees and the industry.

Cons

To succeed here, you need to be great AND work hard. At all levels. But, if you deliver, you will move up.

1. Difficult work when it is busy (your brain can start to get very tired) 2. I did not feel that the KPI metrics were always fair
