Pros

Pay is okay. Benefits same as rest of the market.

Cons

Just go on RepVue and read the reviews. Massive hire and fire. Terrible leads that have been contacted so many times. They make it impossible to hit quota, either by qualification standards, AEs, fake or non-icp leads. Tons of spreadsheets and daily things to report. When you start they make it seem like people hit quota but you'll realize the people that do are either ramping, so it's easier to hit, or they're having a good month and maybe some luck. You won't stay consistent here. All of this so they have a reason to not promote you (ask them the last time they promoted someone to AE. some people have been here 2+ years and are still in the same role) and keep dangling the carrot. You'll be slaving away as an SDR forever or quitting eventually. Note the last part. If you underperform they'll do everything in their power to get you to quit so they don't have to pay unemployment. To everyone working there that ends up in this situation - don't let them lie to you and force you to quit. It's in their best interest. Make them let you go. You will get unemployment. Maybe the rising SUI rate will get them to face their turnover and culture issues.

Pros

Hard working service industry customers. Big company goals! Lots of nice coworkers.

Cons

Rapid growth/change = poor job stability. Constantly changing OKRs make it hard to meet or exceed goals. They reorg and have layoffs often. Care more about sales than post sales leading to poor customer experiences which affect your performance.

Good benefits, decent flexibility, and smart individual contributors

Cons

Middle management was either good ICs but inexperienced as managers, or manager experienced but too out of touch with team's needs.
