      The people and community are so helpful and kind. Great spirit amongst coworkers. Onboarding is so great, you learn so much at a good pace. Lot's of small company company competitions to boost moral

      - great product - valued the senior leaders

      Cons

      - the culture of my specific team was not a good fit - the communication was off, lacked transparency, and did not value teamwork - my manager did not have the necessary skills to lead a team (constructive feedback, direct/specific communication, not a collaborator)
