Pros

Good opportunity to make decent pay, good training and learning opportunities, and good systems are in place for your workflow

Cons

Transparency from higher ups, if not performing well month to month you get pip’ed pretty quickly, flexibility for promotion or change in position, felt like an employee more than a person within the company.

Pay, perks, remote culture. Lot of really great people to work with.

Cons

Very toxic environment, constant micromanagement without any clear goals. It’s only getting worse as people quit and managers stay in their places without 0 lessons learned.

You will be surrounded by intelligent and talented people.

Cons

Leadership has evolved overtime from encouraging and employee centric to a leadership team who discarded qualified and talented teammates to bring in their own people. Skill and tenure were no longer valued. Internal growth seemed to stop entirely.
