Pros

SessionM is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked for. The environment here is professional and hard working with lots of fun employee events mixed in! Senior management is very approachable and provide a lot opportunities for career growth. SessionM provides their employees with several great perks and benefit along with very good work life balance. Overall id rate my experience working here as an A+!

Pros

Given a lot of responsibility from the very start, great to see your work make its way into the actual product and used by millions of end users. Coworker respect level is very high and supportive of one another.

Cons

Like any start-up environment there is a lot of work to be done. This is definitely not a place for someone to come and coast and be comfortable doing the minimum. Your work matters and your work will be honestly reviewed.

The location of the office is the icing on the cake. Otherwise, casual yet fast-moving environment, filled with extremely smart, yet fun individuals.

Cons

Not too many cons, however just be ready to roll with the punches, as things are constantly changing.
