The CEO, CMO among others are friendly and genuine. In one of the kick-off's, I remember the CEO going out of his way to introduce himself and socialise with staff (both junior and senior) that flew in from abroad. The company culture is to be open to constructive feedback. Supportive and helpful team-members (I very much enjoyed working with my team, 100% would do so again given the opportunity). Everyone was professional

The usual challenges associated with being in a super crowded market, it can be tough.

A lot of smart people along with a startup environment before acquisition.

Cons

Long hours and overnight on-call shifts are expected. Uncertain future with the retail and restaurant industry facing challenging times. Company was acquired by MasterCard creating further uncertainty.
