Pros

The team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable -- you're able to learn so much from everyone and anyone within the company, and they're more than happy to lend a hand. The culture is extremely welcoming -- even in a remote setting, there's a huge emphasis placed around work/life balance. Great benefits - healthcare, dental, vision, disability, life, unlimited PTO, company day off once a month, WFH policy and stipend, monthly lunch allowance, flexible hours, competitive pay

Cons

Scaling startup -- not everything has been figured out when it comes to processes. Everyone is great at working together on this and collaborating on ideas, but for those looking for a more established company it may not be right for you
