Leadership is very accessible and transparent Remote, some great benefits Work life balance I feel that I am actively contributing to the success of the company-- whatever the role, you are hired to make an impact

Cons

401k matching is on the horizon, but as of yet we do not have it We have not had a company wide event in a very long time, either in person or virtual

Pros

- Sales Leadership is Solid! Jeremy is a great leader with his head in the game, and the Sales strategy is headed in the right direction. The new product pivot is a game changer, and great things are in store. (Now is a great time to join, especially on the Enterprise and strategic side) - The People: Overall fantastic people on the sales teams and across (The team is collaborative and looking to win together) - The Work-Life Balance: There is no ping on the Weekend (An extra day off every month, Haggai goes above and beyond to ensure employee happiness and Mental health. - Leadership: The CEO and founders are fantastic, and the company is headed in the right direction.

Cons

There are no real Cons, As with every company, Some people can be painful and jolt you into introspection; Setsail, fortunately, has 99.9%, wonderful and amazing people.

Pros

Love the autonomy of the company. Excellent place to grow and learn together. Having a growth mindset allows for endless opportunities.

Cons

Being a startup things constantly change so it may not be a good fit if you’re not adaptable.
