Failing Company - Please reconsider

Pros

The product is great and needed for sales groups.

Cons

The company is not in a stable condition, including financial stability. The CEO creates an abusive environment for the sales team and I've heard similar for the engineering team. He's offended prospects, and his ego and shortsighted views prevent long-term solutions for existing paying customers. They've had trouble paying their employees on time. There are issues with benefits. Please take a look at their turnover over and you'll quickly see all they haven't been able to keep a sales team.

Love the autonomy of the company. Excellent place to grow and learn together. Having a growth mindset allows for endless opportunities.

Cons

Being a startup things constantly change so it may not be a good fit if you’re not adaptable.
