Pros
- SetSail is actually trying to disrupt how sales is run and how reps are compensated, so there's a lot of potential for the company in the future - You get to learn a lot while the company scales; it's been 10x users every year since I joined - Use update-to-date tech stack and enterprise security best practices - Smart and understanding coworkers; no BS - Great autonomy and trust in employees delivering work; quality > quantity
Cons
- Extremely busy as there are lots of exciting features on the roadmap - Hiring and growing the team is taking time away from actually getting work done but hopefully, that will end soon - Not uncommon to work at night and on weekends but we do get unlimited PTO and a company holiday every month
